Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At The Shop & Collect, our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and downloadable or digital products.
Proof of purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return request. Please do not send your items directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where an item shows signs of use, is not returned in its original condition, has missing parts not due to our error, or is returned after the 30-day return period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days, subject to bank or payment provider processing times.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not reflected, contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@theshopandcollect.com.
Sale items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@theshopandcollect.com before returning the product.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theshopandcollect.com for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
